Support
Each year, the Museum must raise funds to restore and maintain its 1832 landmark building; conserve the original collections of furniture, decorative arts, and textiles; and host public education programs for adults and schoolchildren.
Tax-deductible cash and stock gifts, large and small, from individuals, foundations, and small businesses really do make a difference. We'd be honored to add you to our list of supporters.
Uh Oh, Gertrude!
The ceiling in the second floor hall room has been badly damaged — but it's not Gertrude Tredwell's fault. A leaky roof cornice was actually to blame.
The roof has been fixed, but we are still raising funds to deal with the accompanying interior water damage. Repairs to this ceiling alone will cost more than $21,000.
